Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification. For travel to restricted areas in Kashmir, necessary permits may be required. We can assist, but approval depends on local authorities.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for travel, especially in mountainous regions. Nemat Tour and Travel is not responsible for any health issues during the trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Responsibility and Liability

We act only as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content without permission. All website content including text, images, and logos belongs to Nemat Tour and Travel.
